Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational costs, including labor, chemicals, equipment, vehicles, and overheads.
- Prepare and maintain cost models for pest control services and contracts.
- Monitor actual costs against budgets and identify cost variances.
- Conduct profitability analysis by customer, contract, branch, and service line.
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review inventory consumption and ensure accurate costing of chemicals, pesticides, consumables, and spare parts.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Assist in pricing analysis for recent and existing service contracts.
- Validate vendor pricing and support procurement with cost evaluations.




- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE accounting standards.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost accounting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing cost-related documentation and analysis.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4years of experience in cost analysis or cost accounting, preferably in pest control, facilities management, maintenance, or service-based industries.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
