About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and research-driven Academic Content Writer – Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Management Studies to support our R&D; unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing insightful academic and industry-focused content aligned with management theories, business research, and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop concept-based content, whitepapers, research briefs, and academic documentation in key management areas.
- Prepare case studies, strategic reports, academic essays, and research-based training material.
- Conduct secondary research to support content with industry data, references, and citations.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and adheres to academic integrity.
- Collaborate with the R&D;, innovation, or training teams for business-focused knowledge outputs.
- Analyze emerging business trends and incorporate evidence-based insights into content.





Required Qualifications:

- Master’s degree (MBA / M. Com / MA – English) or Ph.D. in Management or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in academic or research writing, preferably in an R&D; or consulting setting.
- Robust command of academic frameworks, referencing styles (APA, Harvard, etc.), and research methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with business case writing, market research, or academic publishing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs; familiarity with referencing tools (Zotero, Mendeley) is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex business ideas into structured academic content.
