- Identifying pain points using research
- Creating personalized outreach drafts
- CRM updating & tracking

2. Outreach & Follow-Ups

- Assisting in email outreach campaigns
- WhatsApp/LinkedIn engagement
- Drafting structured follow-ups
- Studying buyer behavior patterns

3. Sales Psychology Learning

- Understanding ICPs
- Learning objection handling
- Sales funnel tracking
- Studying conversion metrics
