Experience and Education Requirements

- CA / CPA / CFA / MBA
- Excellent Communication skills
- 5 – 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis & Reporting
- Strong Financial modeling skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent MS-Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proven mentorship capabilities

Job Responsibilities

- Projection of financial statements (BS, P&L;, Cash flow statements) for multiple years
- Develop complex financial models to support business decisions
- Provide guidance / alerts to Business on Operational and key financial indicators like Revenue, Margin, Margin % etc
- Analyze and explain spending variances to budget / forecast
- Review financial results with Finance and departmental management
- Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by the management
- Maintain Industry Comparables model to benchmark and analyze business performance against key competitors
- Track industry news and activities,
