Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to handle the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission and contract coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in tender documentation, bid management, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government and private sectors.
- Manage the complete tender process, including pre-bid activities, documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required information, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and risks.
- Maintain tender records, databases, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients for clarifications and post-submission requirements.
- Support contract handover after successful tender awards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in tender management, bidding, procurement, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of tender portals and bidding procedures.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Good command of MS Office tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in the energy, renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or power sector will be preferred.
