We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate event production activities from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should be able to handle vendors, production schedules, logistics, client coordination, and on-site event operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all aspects of event production and execution
- Manage vendors, suppliers, technicians, and production teams
- Assist in planning stage setup, décor, sound, lighting and logistics
- Ensure timely execution of production requirements for events
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding event requirements
- Monitor event setup and troubleshoot operational issues in office
- Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
