Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Software Requirement: Hands-on experience with Unicommerce (Mandatory)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations and online marketplace activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unicommerce and be familiar with order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across online marketplaces.
- Process customer orders through Unicommerce.
- Monitor and update inventory to ensure accurate stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory updates where required.
- Reconcile orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory records.
- Generate operational reports using MS Excel and Unicommerce.




- Coordinate with customer support to resolve order and delivery queries.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations and process compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of online marketplace operations, order processing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order and inventory management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
