Job Description :

The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple regional marketplaces. The role focuses on listing management, invoicing, operational execution, and coordination for platforms such as Storeus, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Mumzworld, and other ecommerce partners in UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

- Manage daily operations across assigned ecommerce marketplaces.
- Ensure product pricing, promotions, and availability are accurate.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfilment-related activities.

Product Listing Management

- Create, update, and maintain product listings across all platforms.
- Ensure correct product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Follow marketplace guidelines and content standards.
- Support listing improvements and content updates when required.

Invoicing & Coordination

- Handle invoicing for ecommerce orders across all assigned platforms.




- Coordinate with finance on payments, reconciliations, and credit notes.
- Maintain accurate invoice and order documentation.

Inventory & Reporting

- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or out-of-stock risks.
- Support inventory planning through sales and stock reporting.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales and operations.

Experience

2-3 Years

Skills

- Experience handling ecommerce operations and marketplace execution.
- Familiarity with regional ecommerce platforms.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with invoices, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
