About the Role: We are Slooking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in New delhi (Head office). You will be responsible for managing social media handles, creating content strategies, and increasing brand engagement for our internal projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Create and schedule engaging content (Posts, Reels, Stories).
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends and implement them into branding strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide weekly reports on growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers for visual content.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Tools: Expert in social media creatives, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools , Google ads management.




- Skills: Strong copywriting skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of video editing for Reels is a big plus.
- Must be updated with the latest social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking.
