Panchanan International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the Garments/Apparel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Advanced Excel to support day-to-day accounting operations and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain sales, purchase, and accounting records accurately.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Analyse business data using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments,



and financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Garments/Apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage.
