Job Summary

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Production Engineer – Die Casting to support and optimize day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, improving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.
- Supervise shop-floor operations to ensure optimum productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum equipment utilization.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce production losses.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.




- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Die Casting or the Automobile Manufacturing Industry will be given preference.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and team coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates should be familiar with:

- Die Casting Production Process
- Production Planning & Monitoring
- Quality Inspection Techniques
- Measuring Instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement
- Shop Floor Safety Practices
