Candidate Requirements

- Proven Track Record:



5+ years as an Operations Director, Resident Manager, or GM in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of hotel property management systems (PMS), revenue management, and P&L; statements.
- Leadership Style: Visible, energetic, and collaborative leader who thrives on the floor, not just behind a desk.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
