Job Description: Assistant Manager (Operations)

Roles and Responsibility:

 Placing orders to vendors

 Product purchase planning

 Manage and liaison with freight and forwarders

 Processing of placed orders/ generating invoices

 Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, AWB, E-Way

bills, etc., for ongoing shipments.

 Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods

 Responding/In territory to customer messages in e-commerce platforms.

 Coordinating with 3pl team to process the order on time.

 Complete responsibility of team output/ KRA.

 Complete responsibility of the entire warehouse operations.

 Complete responsibility of the stores. Goods inside the warehouse.

 Should take care of labour management and responsible for the day-to-day output.

 Make sure that all the received orders are verified dispatched.

 Manager and liaison with customs House Agent for timely clearance





 Manage and reduce the cost of import purchase.

Requirements

Basic requirements: any graduation

 Min experience in 5 years of logistics/courier/ e-commerce platforms/ warehouse.

 Min 80% aggregate throughout the semester

 Complete ownership of the orders been placed.

 Complete ownership of the orders been dispatched.

 Versatile and capable enough to handle at least 10 members of the team.

 Complete responsibility for the entire ops team's performance

 Handling logistics partners and vehicle vendors.

 Knowledge of cities in zone-wise or district-wise

 Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
