We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chocolatier to create high-quality chocolates, truffles, pralines, and confectionery products. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for crafting premium chocolate products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce handcrafted chocolates, truffles, pralines, and other chocolate products.
- Temper chocolate and ensure consistency in quality and appearance.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal chocolate creations.
- Decorate and finish chocolate products according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the production area.
- Ensure product quality and consistency at all times.
- Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chocolatier,
Pastry Chef, or Chocolate Maker preferred.
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and confectionery techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
