We're looking for a passionate Junior Social Media Marketer who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a quick-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging, brand-focused captions and content.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop high-quality social media creatives.
- Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track content performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns and promotional activities.




- Support Meta Ads campaigns by coordinating creatives and ad copy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI tools.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Internship or freelance experience in social media marketing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
