We need a smart, energetic leader to run our showrooms and wholesale business. You will be in charge of day-to-day operations and bringing in fresh ideas to increase our sales and brand value across Hyderabad.

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Bring Growth Ideas: Find recent ways to increase sales. This includes tie-ups with interior designers, architects, and builders, and using digital marketing to get more walk-ins.
- Manage Showrooms: Visit our different stores (Ameerpet, Jubilee Hills, etc.). Make sure customer service is excellent, stores look premium, and staff are active.
- Improve Sales & Team: Set monthly sales targets for the staff. Train them to talk to premium customers and close deals faster.
- Stock Management: Work with the backend team to ensure best-selling curtains, fabrics, and mattresses are always in stock, and slow-moving items are cleared out.

What We Are Looking For:

- Someone with a strong background in managing premium retail stores (like furniture, clothing, or luxury goods).
- A person who understands the Hyderabad market and speaks English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- A problem-solver who can handle both big business plans and daily store issues.

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
