We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources team across various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources by gaining exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.
The position is offered on a one-year contract. Based on individual performance, business requirements, and organizational needs, the candidate may be considered for a permanent role upon completion of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data.
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support performance management activities.
- Respond to employee HR queries.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Assist with statutory compliance documentation.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc. preferred).
- MBA/MSW in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- 1–1.5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to any HRMS will be an added advantage.
