Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Computer Operator to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain records, handle data entry, and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of basic accounting, computer operations, and office software.

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Work

- Maintain daily cash book, ledger, fee records, vouchers, and expense files
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment statements
- Handle petty cash and reconcile accounts regularly
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Ensure timely fee updates and maintain student accounts (if for college)

Computer & Office Operations

- Data entry, document management, and record keeping
- Prepare letters, reports, and official documents
- Manage Excel sheets, Google Sheets, and basic data tracking
- Assist in admission-related data updates (college-specific)
- Maintain digital files and backups

Administrative Support

- Coordinate with staff, students, and vendors




- Handle calls, emails, and communication records
- Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting basics (Tally preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Workspace
- Robust typing and data-entry skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
- Good communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (added advantage)
