Transfer Pricing Advisor

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join us in the position of Transfer Pricing Advisor, reporting to the TP Manager / Senior Advisor.

Job description:

- Preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, Country-by-Country reporting where applicable)
- Conducting benchmarking and economic analysis to support intercompany transactions
- Assisting in the design and implementation of Transfer Pricing policies and models in line with the Arm’s Length Principle
- Supporting clients in cross-border tax compliance and ensuring adherence to international Transfer Pricing regulations
- Performing functional and financial analysis of multinational entities and intercompany transactions
- Assisting with tax audits, inquiries, and dispute resolution related to Transfer Pricing matters
- Preparing reports, presentations, and advisory notes for clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring changes in international tax laws and OECD guidelines and assessing their impact on clients
- Collaborating with internal teams (tax, legal, accounting) to provide integrated advisory services
- Supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation and client communication




- Performing any other work-related duties assigned by Management/BoD

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA or pursuing) is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax.
- Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
- Experience in multinational or advisory firms will be considered an advantage.
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in English.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Transfer Pricing or international tax: 3 years (Required)
