- Candidate should be BA/ BCom/ BSc or MBA Marketing
- Having positive Verbal and communication skills.
Responsibilities to be handled :
- Maintaining Customer data base and data entry
- Follow up with Customers
- Feedback from Customers
- Customer payment follow up.
- Coordination with customers as and when needed.
- Handling customer complaints.
