3D Animator / Animation Artist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented 3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality animations for characters, creatures, facial performances, gameplay, cinematics, and real-time projects. You will work closely with motion capture data, animation pipelines, and game/film production teams to bring compelling performances to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality character, creature, facial, prop, gameplay, and cinematic animations.
- Work with motion capture data, including retargeting, cleanup, curve editing, timing adjustments, and animation polishing.
- Convert mocap data into production-ready animations for games, cinematics, trailers, and real-time experiences.
- Create keyframe animations with strong body mechanics, weight, timing, acting, and posing.
- Polish and blend animations to achieve natural and believable performances.
- Collaborate with rigging, technical art, layout, and production teams to maintain animation quality and storytelling standards.




- Export and integrate animations into game engines and real-time pipelines such as Unreal Engine and Unity.
- Maintain organized animation files and follow studio production workflows.

- Experience in:
- Keyframe animation
- Motion capture cleanup
- Retargeting workflows
- Animation polishing
- Looping and transition animations
- Knowledge of animation curves, rig controls, and production animation pipelines.
- Ability to animate:
- Humanoid characters
- Creatures and animals
- Facial performances
- Gameplay and cinematic sequences
