Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Ensure PTCED output and its production related activities
Control CED/Paint defects due to Process
Perform the various lab testing required for PTCED
Coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal and External)
Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning of cell members leave
To find cost effective solution for the consumable Items by monitoring, suggesting, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens
Create a conducive setting for safe and engaged working
Maintain safety of Equipments by monitoring safety interlocks
Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, Knowledge of Paint shop Equipments like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners
Understanding of ED/Paint defects and Troubleshooting
Knowledge of Manufacturing process and Supplier processes
Knowledge of TPM, Quality tools & systems and current Best practices in Industry
