We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our growing team and support the hiring needs across our F&B; and entertainment brands — Loco Bear & Loco Lane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially within the F&B;, hospitality, café, restaurant, or entertainment industry.

The role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple hiring requirements, and build strong talent pipelines for both operational and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B; and entertainment business operations.
- Handle hiring for roles across restaurant operations, kitchen staff, café teams, customer experience, marketing, operations, and support functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.




- Support onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for volume and niche hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Prior hiring experience in F&B;, hospitality, restaurant chains, cafés, entertainment, or retail industries preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Bulk hiring experience.
- Understanding of operational hiring and shift-based workforce recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
