Department Manager – FirstCry Store (Jaipur)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage overall department operations and achieve sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure smooth billing, store hygiene, and operational compliance
- Resolve customer escalations professionally
- Coordinate with Store Manager and Area Manager for business growth

Requirements:





- Graduation completed
- 3-4 years of experience in Apparel/Fashion Retail (mandatory)
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Experience in sales, merchandising, and inventory management
- Comfortable working in retail shifts and weekends

Candidates with experience in apparel brands such as Lifestyle, Max, Pantaloons, Reliance Trends, Shoppers Stop, Zudio, Westside, Levi's, or similar fashion retailers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
