The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role ensures effective people management practices aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

- Ensure smooth onboarding process for recent hires
- Handle exit formalities, clearances, and exit interviews

Performance Management

- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in evaluating employee performance

Employee Relations

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Promote a positive and productive work environment

Payroll & Compensation Support

- Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and benefits administration




- Ensure accuracy in salary structure, incentives, and statutory benefits

HR Policies & Compliance

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and working hours
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Culture & Engagement

- Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Foster a strong organizational culture

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
- 3–4 years of experience in HR management
