Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Recruitment Executive

- Analyze hiring requirements with department managers.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform reference and background verification when required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.




- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
