Interior Site Supervisor (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or luxury interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and delivering projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

- Interpret and execute architectural, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior working drawings.

- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with design specifications and company standards.

- Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status.

- Plan manpower deployment and coordinate site resources efficiently.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.

- Inspect materials received at site for quality and quantity.

- Identify site issues proactively and resolve them in coordination with the design and project teams.

- Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and subcontractors.

- Ensure project completion within the defined timeline and budget.





- Maintain proper documentation including site measurements, BOQs, work orders, and billing records.

- Ensure adherence to all safety standards and site housekeeping practices.

- Coordinate final snagging, quality checks, and project handover.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out execution and site supervision.

- Experience handling residential villas, apartments, commercial offices, retail, or hospitality projects.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of interior construction techniques and finishing works.

- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and detailed execution drawings.

- Good understanding of BOQs, material specifications, and quantity verification.

- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry, modular furniture, flooring, painting, and stone works.

- Vendor and contractor management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
