Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to manage and enhance large-scale, cloud-native production environments. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD automation, observability, and production operations.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Mandatory)

Expertise in Kubernetes, including Bare-metal Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Experience implementing GitOps using Argo CD

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, or CircleCI

Strong knowledge of Helm

Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo

Hands-on experience in Production Support, Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Service Reliability

Strong troubleshooting, automation,



and performance optimization skills

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage highly available cloud infrastructure on GCP.

Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including GKE and bare-metal environments.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

Implement and maintain GitOps workflows with Argo CD.

Build and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, or CircleCI.

Monitor production environments using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo.

Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.

Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation and best practices.

Work Mode: Onsite – Hyderabad

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
