Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Email.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture & appliance rental solutions.
- Convert leads into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and update CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of sales/customer support experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
