We at SMART are looking to employ an LMS Technical Executive with strong technical knowledge and system-handling capability to manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) portal. He/She will be responsible for conducting online assessments, creating and uploading technical content, managing question banks, and ensuring smooth execution of online tests for colleges and corporate clients. The LMS Executive will coordinate with trainers and management to ensure seamless academic and assessment operations.
Duration-90 Working days
Stipend -10,000 Per Month
LMS Technical Executive Responsibilities:
- Conducting online tests and assessments through LMS portal.
- Creating and managing MCQ, coding, and descriptive question banks.
- Uploading and organizing technical study materials (Programming, DSA, Core subjects).
- Monitoring live examinations and handling technical troubleshooting.
- Managing student registrations, batches, and access permissions.
- Generating assessment reports and performance analytics.
- Supporting colleges during large-scale online test conduction.
- Coordinating with trainers for content updates and curriculum alignment.
- Ensuring error-free execution of client-facing assessments.
- Handling LMS administration and record-keeping.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Programming (Python / Java / C++).
- Positive understanding of DSA, DBMS, OS, CN, OOPS.
- Experience or familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle / Custom LMS / Similar tools).
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving ability.
Important:
- Must own a laptop.
- Should be open to travel if required for test conduction support.
- Must be comfortable handling large-scale online assessments (500+ students).
