Position: Special Educator

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
✅ Work directly with children with diverse learning needs
✅ Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and families
✅ Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation
✅ Provide support, guidance, and motivation to students

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
✔ Experience working with children with developmental or learning disabilities (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Empathetic, patient, and solution-driven
