Job Description

Role Title: OMS Software Engineer II
Engagement Type: Full time
Experience Level: 6+ Years
Primary Focus: Software engineering, OMS platform development, backend and integration services, API design, and scalable solution delivery.

Role Overview

We are hiring an OMS Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience in backend development, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise commerce or order management platforms. Strong experience in Java, Node.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL is required. Fluent Commerce experience is a strong plus.





Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support OMS and enterprise application features
- Build backend services, APIs, and integrations across business systems
- Collaborate with business, product, QA, and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Support production issues, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce platform implementation, configuration, and extension design
- Strong experience in Java, Node.js, React.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL
- Experience with backend development, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience in Fluent Commerce OMS, eCommerce, ERP/SAP, inventory, or fulfillment platforms
- hands-on technical experience for backend services, Fluent extensions, and custom business logic using Java and related technologies
- Strong debugging, production support, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Fluent Commerce experience
- React.js or frontend experience
- Cloud platform experience such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- CI/CD or DevOps exposure
