- Planned and scheduled end-to-end execution of vacuum systems and ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) projects from order receipt to final dispatch
- Developed detailed project timelines and defined department-wise deadlines for design, procurement, and production teams
- Coordinated cross-functional activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project schedules
- Monitored procurement activities, tracking purchase orders from placement to delivery to avoid delays
- Acted as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams for project updates and technical coordination
- Tracked manufacturing and assembly progress to ensure alignment with planned milestones
- Managed dispatch planning and ensured timely delivery of project components as per commitments
- Supported project documentation, inspections, and quality assurance activities
