Job Title: Staff Cook
Location: Powai, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea for staff as per the daily menu.
- Ensure food is cooked and served on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, utensils, and work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Ensure proper storage of food items to minimize wastage.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain it in valuable condition.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control.
- Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Staff Cook, Canteen Cook, or Cook.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and staff meal preparation.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to prepare meals for a large number of employees.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
