What You’ll Do

- Edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) optimized for virality on social media
- Edit and repurpose podcast recordings into engaging video content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram
- Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, effects, and other elements that enhance viewer engagement
- Create basic motion graphics to bring energy and personality to videos (text animation, transitions, lower thirds, etc.)
- Stay up to date with trends, formats, and storytelling techniques in the world of short-form video
- Collaborate closely with our content and marketing team to bring creative ideas to life

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have)
- Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Adobe Photoshop




- Experience editing content specifically for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Knowledge of Canva
- A good sense of rhythm and music — you know how to make cuts and beats hit just right
- Ability to source and sync royalty-free music, use trending audio, and incorporate SFX
- Familiarity with adding on-screen text, captions, and eye-catching effects to retain viewer attention
- Robust storytelling instincts and a good understanding of social media dynamics
- Bonus: Experience with AI editing tools (like Descript, Runway, CapCut Pro, etc.) or mobile-first editing if applicable
- A portfolio or showreel with examples of short-form content you've edited

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)

- Color grading and audio mastering basics
- Graphic design skills for creating thumbnails or overlays
- Experience working in a marketing or agency setting
