We are hiring for the position of Senior Manager Finance

1} Financial Accounting & Control

· Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts for plants.

· Review Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet for plant-level accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and company policies.

· Monitor provisions, accruals, and adjustments.

· Drive standardization of accounting practices across plants.

2} Plant Commercial Operations

· Oversee all plant-level commercial transactions including , Sales accounting (Domestic & Export), Purchase accounting (RM, Consumables, Capex), Inventory accounting & valuation

· Ensure proper documentation and controls for GRN, Invoice booking, Debit/Credit Notes, Dispatch accounting and revenue recognition

· Inventory Valuation with Overhead Calculation

3} SAP Governance

· Ensure effective utilization of SAP across plants.

· Monitor Correct accounting entries, Proper use of cost centers, profit centers, GL mapping

· Coordinate with IT / ERP team for Issue resolution, Process improvements / automation

· Ensure discipline in system-based controls (minimize manual entries).

4} Statutory Compliance & Taxation

· Ensure compliance with GST (including Input Credit, Returns,



Reconciliation), TDS / TCS provisions, Income Tax & other applicable laws

· Handle plant-level audits - Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, GST Audit

· Ensure timely resolution of audit queries.

5} Internal Controls & Risk Management

· Strengthen internal control systems across plants.

· Ensure adherence to SOPs and approval matrices.

· Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

· Prevent revenue leakage and cost overruns.

6} Team Management & Development

· Lead and mentor plant accounts teams.

· Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.

· Ensure capability building on SAP, Compliance, Accounting standards

· Drive a culture of accountability and process discipline.

7} Capex & Project Monitoring

· Review Capex proposals and financial viability.

· Track capitalization and ensure proper accounting.

· Monitor project cost vs budget.

· Qualification – C.A or ICWA- Completed or Inter
