Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Manage customer support operations, including scheduling, workflow, and process improvements
- Develop and manage customer support budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values customer-centricity and collaboration
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
