Job Description
Real Play is hiring a Tele Caller for our Kochi office. We are looking for a confident and target-driven individual with good communication skills who can handle calls effectively and convert leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Explain products/services clearly to prospective customers
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate call records
- Meet daily and monthly call targets
- Update and manage lead data in the CRM/register
- Coordinate with the team on lead status and closures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet use)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Preferred
- Prior experience in a sales or lead conversion role
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
