We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimise campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.

Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.

Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.

Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Requirements Required Skills Solid knowledge of Google Ads.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).





Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.

Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.

Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Google Ads Certification is preferred.

Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience 13 years of experience in Google Ads / SEM.

Freshers with Google Ads certification and hands-on project experience may also apply.
