- Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.

- Operate the cash register and handle cashiering activities accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.

- Follow company standards for food safety and hygiene.

- Manage customer orders efficiently during busy hours.

- Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or coffee shop.

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
