Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at IIDE, you will support the HR team in executing hiring for other critical roles.

This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while building skills in stakeholder management, communication, and data handling.

It is ideal for someone eager to pursue recruitment as a career and comfortable with high-volume calling in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in recruitment by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Sales and other roles.

- Conduct high-volume telephonic screenings daily.

- Support HR interviews, candidate shortlisting, and documentation.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

- Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/Excel or ATS and prepare weekly hiring reports.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by sharing timely updates and feedback.





- Manage repetitive tasks with patience and attention to detail.

Who You Are

Must-Have:

- Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable with high-volume calling.

- Detail-oriented with positive organizational skills.

Should Have:

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

- Ability to stay resilient, patient, and motivated to meet hiring targets.

Nice to Have:

- Prior internship or experience in recruitment/HR operations.

- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
