About the Role: As the Senior Associate College Operations & Student Success at Designated Partner College & IIDE Andheri Campus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic delivery, operational excellence, and positive student success outcomes across assigned partner colleges.

This role involves independently managing college operations, academic coordination, stakeholder relationships, and student escalations while driving retention, satisfaction, and program quality.

You will represent IIDE on-ground, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards across academic programs and partner institutions.

What You'll Do: College Operations, Academic Delivery & Student Success: Represent IIDE on-ground at assigned partner colleges and build strong relationships with senior college stakeholders, faculty, and internal academic teams to ensure smooth academic operations.

Independently manage day-to-day coordination with faculty, trainers, academic teams, and college authorities.

Ensure timely setup and uninterrupted functioning of classrooms, LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and academic tools in line with defined standards.

Own student success metrics, including attendance, engagement, assignment and project submissions, examination completion, retention, CSAT, and NPS.

Act as the first point of escalation for complex student or college-related concerns and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs. Identify at-risk students and proactively implement interventions to reduce drop-offs and improve the student experience.

Flag risks, gaps,



and improvement areas in college partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolutions.

Admissions & Program Growth (MarchJuly): Own on-ground admissions execution at assigned colleges during peak admission cycles.

Counsel inbound and walk-in prospects and support lead qualification and follow-ups.

Coordinate enrolment confirmations, documentation, and CRM data accuracy.

Execute seminars, workshops, demos, and short-term programs to support enrolments and brand visibility.

Support seasonal admissions activities while ensuring continuity of academic operations.

Career & Placement Support: Own placement planning and placement-oriented academic scheduling for assigned batches.

Identify senior industry professionals and organize workshops and masterclasses to create networking and learning opportunities.

Support students with resume building, interview preparation, recruiter coordination, and placement communication.

Coordinate with internal placement teams to ensure timely execution and student readiness.

Team Support & Mentorship: Mentor and guide Associates or interns on execution standards, stakeholder communication, and reporting quality.

Support onboarding and training of current team members.

Review documentation, reports, and on-ground execution quality to maintain consistency and operational standards.

Additional Duties: Drive improvements in processes, reporting accuracy, and service quality.

Independently manage relationships with senior college stakeholders and support issue resolution.

Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are: Must-Have: 35 years of experience in academic operations, student success, college partnerships, or coordination roles.

Proven ability to independently manage campuses, programs, or stakeholder relationships.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable in execution-driven, on-ground roles with ownership responsibility.





Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Based in Mumbai.

Should Have: Experience handling escalations and resolving operational or student-related concerns.

Exposure to mentoring junior team members, interns, or Associates.

Ability to identify process gaps and drive operational improvements.

Nice to Have: Experience in higher education, edtech, or college partnership environments.

Familiarity with placement support, admissions execution, or student engagement initiatives.

Experience coordinating workshops, seminars, or industry networking sessions.

Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.

Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.

Should Have: Desired experience or skills related to process improvements, strategies, or other relevant areas.

Experience with ticketing software to manage queries efficiently.

Nice to Have: Additional experiences or skills that are not essential but would be advantageous.

Certifications or training that would benefit the role.
