Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.

Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

Manage taxation, GST, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial health.

Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Provide strategic financial insights to the management for business decision-making.

Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, profitability, and cost-control initiatives.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.





Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance across business operations.

Requirements 1520 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with substantial experience in a manufacturing company.

Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, audits, financial planning, and compliance.

Experience in manufacturing cost analysis and working capital management will be preferred.

Qualifications CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
