Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant with 12 years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience to support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements.

The role involves analyzing financial information, preparing due diligence databooks, performing detailed financial analyses, and assisting engagement teams in delivering high-quality client reports within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities: o Support buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.

o Prepare, update, and review FDD databooks and financial schedules.

o Perform financial analyses including QoE, revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow.

o Analyze financial statements, general ledger, and trial balance data.

o Prepare trend analyses, customer/vendor concentration, and balance sheet analyses.

Requirements Qualifications & Experience: CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) 12 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence,



Transaction Advisory.

Technical Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Basic understanding of Financial Due Diligence methodologies.

Knowledge of: o Quality of Earnings (QoE) o Net Working Capital (NWC) o Debt-like items o Cash normalization o EBITDA adjustments Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
