The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and support BMC Helix solutions while integrating enterprise applications and ensuring CMDB health.
& Innovation Studio HTML and workflow customization Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Valuable to Have Experience with Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Remedy SSO, Mid-tier, and BMC Remedy ITSM.
Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Site24x7.
