Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and enhance brand awareness across online and offline channels.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Digital Marketing & SEO
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for search engines.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.

Content Marketing & Social Media

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies across websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
- Oversee content creation, including articles, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate video shoots and social media campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

- Drive customer acquisition campaigns through digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to generate and nurture leads.




- Develop partnerships and promotional activities to expand market reach.

Team Management & Reporting

- Lead and mentor marketing team members and external agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign execution.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in Content Marketing, Content Writing, and Video Content Creation.
- Proficiency in content writing and communication in Hindi and Telugu is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
