- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (DCH or equivalent) or final-year medical student with pending completion of postgraduate training.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
- Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric physiology, pharmacology, and common childhood illnesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and their families.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical documentation tools.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, quick-paced clinical setting with occasional evening or weekend shifts.
