Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality and delivery requirements

- Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) and supplier document verification

- Manage Supplier Quality Notifications (SQN) and supplier performance monitoring

- Lead CAPA and SCAR management, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification

- Drive APQP / PPAP activities with suppliers

- Monitor and improve key supplier KPIs:

- On-Time Delivery (OTD)

- DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities)

- COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality)

- Investigate supplier non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions

- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement,



and suppliers to ensure contractual and quality compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- 4–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering

- Solid knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing practices

- Hands-on experience with CAPA, SCAR, APQP, PPAP

- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 standards

- Expertise in GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- High attention to detail with a structured and self-organized approach

- Ability to work independently and as part of a disciplined team

- Result-oriented mindset
