We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Diploma holders to join our apprenticeship program. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in maintenance depatment while working under experienced engineers and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Support production and assembly activities.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S, and company policies.
- Maintain daily work records and reports.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers preferred).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to work in shifts,
if required.
- Good communication, teamwork, and learning attitude.

Apprenticeship Duration
- 12 months (as per the Apprenticeship Act/company policy).
