Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Admissions: Convert walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, website, and other online inquiries into successful student admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission as well as revenue targets for Foundation, JEE, and NEET programs.
- Student & Parent Counselling: Provide personalized guidance on courses, fee structures, scholarship programs, career opportunities, and academic planning to students and parents.
- Outreach & Events: Represent the institute at school visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops, scholarship tests, and orientation programs to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, counselling sessions, admissions,



and documentation in the CRM/ERP system while ensuring timely updates and reporting.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students and parents through regular communication and prompt resolution of queries.
- Follow-up & Conversion: Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversion rates and ensure a seamless admission process.
- Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports and coordinate closely with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to achieve organizational goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
